Terms of use

1. The service

IVSPost provides web-based email and related features, including free @ivspost.com addresses, mail between IVSPost users, optional delivery to external providers (such as Gmail and Outlook), business mail on custom domains where offered, and account tools such as sign-up, sign-in, and inbox management.

The service is offered to users worldwide, subject to these terms, applicable law, and technical limits of our providers.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to use online services in your country (at least 13, or 16 where required).
• One person should not create multiple accounts to evade limits, suspension, or abuse controls.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use IVSPost to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, scams, or malware.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Break any law or infringe others’ rights (including privacy and intellectual property).
• Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems or third-party mail networks.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

We may monitor abuse signals (complaints, bounce rates, reports) and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Mail delivery

Mail between @ivspost.com users is handled on our platform. Mail to external addresses depends on third-party delivery providers (for example Brevo) and recipient networks. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, read, or accepted by external providers.

You must comply with anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy where applicable, and local marketing rules) when sending to external recipients.

5. Plans and pricing

IVSPost may offer free and paid plans. Current plans:

Order business mail at business.html. Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes (including GST in India, where applicable) may be added at checkout when payment is enabled.

• Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled.
• Refunds follow our published refund rules at the time of purchase (if any).
• We may change plans, limits, or prices with notice on the site; continued paid use after notice may mean acceptance where permitted by Indian law.
• Non-payment or chargeback may suspend paid mailboxes.

6. Content and storage

You keep ownership of content you send and receive. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, back up, and process that content only to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, or abuse response may cause downtime. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of messages, data, or business arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you use only free features).

9. Ending your account

You may stop using IVSPost at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, legal requirement, or prolonged inactivity. See our Privacy policy for how we handle data after closure.

10. Governing law (India only)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India only. You agree that courts and tribunals in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of IVSPost.

The service may be accessed from other countries, but you agree to resolve all legal matters in India under Indian law. You waive objection to venue in India to the extent permitted by applicable law.
